Jeryl, Rick and Cindy Madden, co-owners of LagerheadZ Bar & Grill, formerly Snookers Grill, in Tarpon Springs, Florida are delighted to announce they have recently hired one of the best chefs in the Tampa Bay area! Chef Kenny Kopcsik!

Kenny Kopcsik received his culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He is also an alumnus of Florida State University and graduated with a degree in International Economics.
Known for his unrelenting creativity in the kitchen, Chef Kenny has made a name for himself as a culinary journeyman throughout the Tampa Bay Region, where he has performed his art in places such as Salt Rock Grill, Belleview Biltmore, Guppies and Bella Brava. He has studied with such notables as John Ash, Debra Madison, Tom Pritchard and Brack May.
As the newest member of the LagerheadZ family, Chef Kenny aims to build on the hospitality excellence of LagerheadZ! Exceeding customer expectations and focusing on culinary excellence, Chef Kenny states, “I look forward to fostering personalized service and creating a memorable experience to every guest that dines at LagerheadZ.”
